I have become a total junkie for this gay Jewish expat pastry chef blogger (wow. that was a mouthful of adjectives.) who lives in Paris and has amazing recipes like these coconut chocolate macaroon. I never knew that Joe liked coconut until a few weeks ago when I whipped up a batch of these beautiful cookies. Yum. Honestly, this guys recipes are gold.
