What were we celebrating you may ask? Just my first full-day at my new job. It's a nanny position with a British/American family. Apparently, I really like working with kids, something I never imagined before moving here. So, why not take it from 1 kid to 3 kids?! All 3 are wonderful, they are sure to keep me laughing & definitely busy! Some of the most amusing bits so far have revolved around language. The mum is British, so they have gorgeous little accents, until they start copying the way I say things, like maaango. The little boy has been copying me the most -- really brings home the fact that the phrase 'silly goose' is about the silliest thing one can say. Of course, sometimes he forgets and calls me things like silly goat, classic.
