As you can see (PS this is Joe) , we have really not found any solid Swiss beers yet. As a shout out to our friends from Hamburg, we picked up some Becks. The only issue that I have with Beck's is that per the can it is "brewed under the German purity laws of 1517", not sure how stringent those are. I'm all for things being old, but 500 year-old sanitation laws scare me. The alcohol kills the germs, though, right?
